Send templates to patient as 'no reply required'

When sending a template to an individual patient, the practice would like to be able to specify that a reply is not required.


Some examples of when the practice would like to send a 'no reply required' template to a patient:

-When the practice is using a template for a follow-up call, i.e. 'Your GP will give you a call tomorrow to discuss this issue'.

-When the practice is using a template to send directions to visit the practice.

-When the practice is using a template to send opening hours or other misc information to the patient.
