self book appt date ranges

when sending out a self book appt link. being able to specify a date range would be very helpful, rather than just slot type up to 6 weeks ahead. also patchs being able to check how many appts of that type are available in that date range before you send the message would be very helpful also so you know there are enough options for the patient
