change layout of triage information

rather than just list of question and answer it would be really useful to aid triage if:

  1. Reasons why a query was flagged as urgent were highlighted at the top

  2. separating findings from the patient presentation into potential important positive and negative findings

  3. Anima (an alternative online triage tool) uses a large language model to construct a prose type format for the patient presentation from the information it has gathered, similar to how a doctor may present a patient history. this makes it really easy to read.
