Interpreter request to be added to form

Is there anywhere on the electronic form that it could be highlighted that they need an interpreter. We have put this on the patient record but when we are dealing with the patch and sending them a link the doctor is not always going into their record which means they are only making a 10 minute appointment instead of a 20 minute appointment.
