Further reporting enhancements Merged

We totally welcome the extra work and enhancements that have been applied by Spectra, especially around reporting. We are increasingly being pressured in supplying reports statistics in order to know where we need to be using our resources. It has now become crucial that we need to be able to report on the tasks that are assigned to each patient request. This would be a major quick win for us to be able to do this.
