Would there be able to be a toggle on a patients patchs record that would allow them to submit a request irrespective of if the demand limit has been met for that day or not.
We have some patients that are deaf etc that can't call us wouldn't be able to contact us any other way than online. The demand limits being met for the day would prevent the patient from contacting us at all, it would be nice to allow then to contact us any time with a togglable permission for them, selected by the practice on an individual basis
