time Sensitivity on inputting for patients

Is there a way of extending the time given to patients to fill in their questionnaire - quite a few patients have struggled with the 30 minute time limit and says that the system wipes what they have typed if they take longer than this - may i suggest a prompt that appears at 30 minutes to say increase time - rather than it just timing out - for some patients if they took all that time typing
