If a message is sent to a patient which they then use to access their PATCHS request, they are able to view any attachments associated with the request the message was issued from.
This allows patients to be able to view things that the practice may have not intended to be patient-facing.
As a solution - practice's could toggle on/off a visibility feature per attachment (see attached mock-up).
In addition, a default visibility option for all attachments could be selectable in Feature Settings for practices that would prefer to have this as a default setting.
