Demand limit increase by staff for urgent list

We have a set 6/day patchs limit for our practice, but now want to use the AI triage function to support our urgent list triage - which is a list of 24 extra on the day appts. To avoid all these being taken up by people online at home who are digitally savvy we want to have our receptionists add the capacity one at a time as people call up/come to the front desk requesting urgent on the day appt, so that people at home do not trump people in queue at front desk unable to use the online form who receptionist can help by adding as non digital patient. Rather than each time the receptionist having to go in and add a slot on the demand limiter could there be a quicker way of them doing this and "holding a slot" so that patient can do the form online/in the practice/over phone with receptionist, without someone else then randomly logging in and filling that patchs slot at the same time?
