Report/Dashboard view showing monthly count of FFT responses

FFT responses are shown on the Patient Feedback tab under GP Practice Feedback. Practices have to submit total number of responses in each category. It is necessary be able to report or view by month on the dashboard FFT responses by category each month.     Good afternoon,
    We are currently developing improvements to the FFT that include updated feedback wording along with reporting improvements including anonymisation of FFT feedback and the ability for you to download their FFT data, ready for submission.
