EMIS appointment reminder and ability for patients to self book into selected clinics

Practices were told that this development would be available earlier this year and are still waiting. On that basis are considering changing to other platforms who already have these features as this is increased workload for staff chasing patients to attend or followng up DNA's and also increased phone line pressures as patients have to contact the practice to book long term condition annual reviews.
