PATCHS updates demographics in EMIS

When a patient updates their demographics in PATCHS (e.g. email, phone number, ethnicity, etc.) then PATCHS should connect to EMIS and update the patient's details on there automatically. That way we have up-to-date and complete data for the patient. Furthermore the patient shouldn't have to update their GP practice systems more than once to have it replicated on all NHS systems.
