Care / Nursing Home requests

Is it possible when Care / Nursing Homes are putting in requests for their residents that there is a specific Care/Nursing Home request button they can select when requesting visits / queries / advice etc? (ie when selecting New Health / ongoing health problem / admin request etc). This would make things easier for the on-call GP to identify when requests are coming in from them so that they can allocate to the appropriate Clinicians
