Ability to use language translate in email and SMS messages sent to patients

As a PATCHS practice staff user

At a PATCHS practice with PATCHS Translate enabled

When I trigger PATCHS to send an email or SMS message to a patient

Via e.g. an outbound message or response to a request

Then I would like to be able to select a language

And for PATCHS then to automatically translate the email or SMS message from English to that language

When sending to the patient

To make it easier for our diverse patient population to understand the messages we send them
