Staff Member Activity Report

The practice would like some visibility on staff performance within PATCHS, visible to the practice Admin.


They are looking for information such as :

  • How many requests have each of my staff completed/handled/forwarded each month? Has this number gone up or down?

  • How many individual messages has each of my staff sent to patients each month?

  • Display the last 10 requests made on behalf of a patient (via total triage) by a particular staff member. This would enable them to ensure that requests written by staff meet their quality standards during training periods.
