Delay in patient satisfaction questionnaires being sent, to be sent 48 hours after request or configurable for the practice.

The practice would prefer them to be sent 48 hours after PATCHs submission so patient is also scoring based on practice response and not just their feedback on the PATCHs system

Being able to search by key word would be beneficial when trying to recover completed PATCHs.

Either the ability to pin or favourite the most used message templates, or even the most frequent one is suggested automatically at the top, to save time on searching.

Add things to patient record live, rather than having to wait for the reply required

When someone submits a PATCHS request, if we then message them back to book them in for example, until the patient replies nothing saves to their record. Would be good if everything saved anyway regardless of whether or not the patient has replied.
