Load patient details from the clinical system (e.g. EMIS, Systm1) instead of PDS

Patient details may be more up to date in the clinical system rather than PDS. Have it as an option as some practices may prefer to use PDS.

Export Error to csv file

Due to needing to create reports to the ICB and having some errors with the bulk messaging. We can see the reports within patchs but would like to be able to export them as a csv file

Have the ability to stop or cancel a bulk message

If a bulk message is sent with the wrong code, audience or SMS template we should have the ability to stop or cancel the messages before further text's/emails are sent to patients.
