Redirect to patients profile after clicking onto a Patchs request

When a staff member clicks on a patient and goes on to one of their patchs request, they would like the ability to go back to the individual patient profile once the click return as opposed to being redirected to the All Patients page.

Please move the most frequently used inboxes to the top of the pick list (and also include waiting response inbox to the top)

We are only using unassigned/admin/clinical/and awaiting response inboxes and ideally need these 3 at the top so we don't miss any messages/responses
