Bulk messaging subject - include in beginning of message

When a bulk message is sent out, the patient receives a message that reads

"Surgery has sent you a message. Please read it ASAP: LONGURL_Link

If you cannot view the message please contact Surgery."

It would be helpful for patients to know what the subject is about e.g. Messsage name in PATCHS. This would be especially helpful when patients who don't have a SMART phone.
