Ability to add temporary patients from clinical system

Usual GP & branch site - EMIS

To improve continuity of care. Staff at EMIS practices can see at a glance who the usual branch site and GP is for a patient and assign to them and/or the GP can see themselves. Could appear as: Columns in the inbox for 'usual GP' and 'branch site...

Alert for inactioned patient requests

As an ICB I would like to receive email alerts When a patient request has received no response or action within a given amount of time I can set Available as a report from Patchs Support that can be scheduled to be emailed at regular intervals.

Ability to download a PDF summary of each request

You should be able to print out a PATCHS request from a patient. Sometimes we need to print/save as a PDF and it's cumbersome to do so without this option.
