Request details page - single completion button to save to clinical system

As a PATCHS practice staff user
When I come to complete a patient request and save it to the clinical button
I would like to only see one button for this
With radio buttons to select whether to save to the clinical system or not, where saving to the clinical system is automatically pre-selected
To reduce the likelihood of mistakes
