Currently all messages sent to patients ask them to read/respond ASAP. However, this may not be appropriate for messages which do not require an urgent reply.

Please can you remove ASAP from all messages as the patients are panicking if we send them a message to contact us to make an appointment. They think its urgent when in fact its routine
