Changing inbox settings for patient requests

When a patient is submitting a PATCHS request, could the practice determine what inboxes they automatically get filed into? For example, if a patient is wanting a sick note can have it automatically file into the sicknote inbox? Instead of us having to send out the questionnaire and determine what inbox the reply should go to
