When sending a text which goes as a link to the patient, the message the patient recieves reads a

The ASAP leads patients to contact in a panic believing it to be immediately worrying, which can change to annoyance when the patient finds out its to book an appointment or such for something more mundane in their eyes. Requesting that either the sender/surgery or Patchs changes it so that the message doesn't have worrying language.
