Turn off the ability to reply to non-digital patients

In a busy practice, people sometimes overlook the fact that a patient is non-digital and use the reply feature to send information as is standard practice for most patients.


This can result in the patient not receiving important clinical advice, or appointments being wasted, as the patient is unaware of the details. This improvement would safeguard against these issues.
