Enable paragraphs / line breaks on message templates

The inability to have paragraphs within templates greatly reduces it's usefulness. If I want to send a list of links to a patient for instance (e.g. physiotherapy advice or mental health resources) it turns into a mess when I load the template. It appears you can have paragraphs when sending normal messages, why not templates?
