Option to save 'reply required' messages to clinical system as soon as they are sent

Currently a patient must reply to a 'Repy required' message before it can be saved to the clinical system. It was designed like this to not take up too much room in the clinical system and save everything in one conversation in a consultation. But it can also mean that you cannot see in the clinical system if a patient has been sent a message (and hasn't yet replied). There could be an option to save the 'reply required' message to the clinical system at the point of sending.
