Pop up message on Patchs to say patient has declined to use

We have a number of patients who have asked for us not to send messages via Patchs as they dont want to use it for various reasons. Unfortunately if staff dont check S1 first and just go to Patchs they do not see this note and send a message to patient via Patchs. Patient either does see it or comnplains about receiving them.

    We noticed it's quite similar to another one we received, so we've combined them to help highlight the demand for this change.
