Ability to have log in for more than 1 organisation and send attachments via 'clinical system'

Very frustrating that I am unable to attach documents from EMIS directly in PATCHS because I have log-in to PATCHS for more than 1 GP Surgery/organisation. In the GP world of often working at more than 1 Surgery or PCN, seems a bit silly to not have this functionality. I use Accurx for this
