    Thank you for including this, our comments are:

    * Please can 'unavailable' be underlined or emphasised in some way.
    * Also, would be best to be mandatory and not 'skip' as we get lots of problems assigning appts that patients can't do as they've skipped this question.

    We noticed it's quite similar to another one we received, so we've combined them to help highlight the demand for this change.
