DROP DOWN MENU FOR MESSAGE TEMPLATES LIKE ACCURX

Can we please have a drop down menu - either in toolbar or when page loads up and you want to send a message template with a list of all message templates - similar to Accurx as my staff do not know what templayes there are and dont know what to search for - the right heading. If we had our practice ones drop down like accurx had that would be VERY helpful
