Close Patchs accounts of deceased patients

(This has been raised with Patchs team within our ICS feedback group but I just would like it logged here too)

A patient is currently marked as deceased in EMIS on 19.3.24 and accepted by PCSE on 22.3.24 and marked as deceased on the PDS . There is a warning banner in Patchs but the account should be closed to prevent error and potential next of kin distress if messages are inadvertently sent and someone else has access (or a carer uses the account to send us a message).
