Currently Patchs Translate translates most information from additional questionnaires sent to patients via default Topic AI questionnaires. However it does not translate the free text responses, causing the practice to need to copy each answer out for Google Translate.
An example of this is in the Skin Lesion questionnaire, where there are several free text boxes for the patient to describe their concerns and medical history. I have included a screenshot to illustrate this in the preview window.
