Patients should not be able to change their demographics once registered

We have had couple of instances where patients have used someone else's digital account (with permission) and changed the name and dob but the NHS number remains the same. This has led to information being stored in one record but both patients have access to it is not confidential. I don't think patients are aware of the implications when they do this.
