Importing contact details (email + mobile no.) from patchs into emis

since switching to patchs and many of our patients registering online we now have many more patient email contact details than in the past, however if we want to send a bulk message via patchs this requires the email to be imported from emis via the CSV file. as a result unless we copy across the email addresses from patchs one by one we are unable to utilise to improved ability to contact patients, eg for long term conditions invites, and reduction in SMS costs.
