My Health questionnaires access - being able to turn on for all patients or groups of patients

Currently you have to individually turn on/off My Health questionnaires patient by patient individually. It would be more useful to be able to say turn 'BP readings' on for all patients. Even better would be being able to use a CSV file to import a specific cohort of patients you want to turn access on for, and they automatically get notified in their patchs account
