Set bespoke automatic message completion timings for each individual message at the point of sending

Currently, practices can set a single automatic message completion time that applies to all messages they send.

However, you may wish them to be different so that patients have longer to complete certain questionnaires e.g. the 4 or 7 day BP questionnaires.

For example, if your current automatic completion settings are 4 days then patients will never have enough time to complete the 7 day BP questionnaire.

Users should be able to set a bespoke automatic completion time for each message they send (to individual patients and in bulk) each time they send a message.

    I think this is a good idea as long as it's discreet so you don't see it all the time cluttering up the interface, and it should default to the defualt time (obviously). As well as things like home BPs it could be useful for follow ups.... eg "let me know when you're back from holiday" or "contact me directly in 3 months" or whatever
