Appointment booking links - No available appointments messages

The message simply states - 'No available appointments could be found. Please contact your GP practice directly to arrange an appointment'. A configurable or toggleable message here would go a long way to correct set patient expectations and allow for more appropriate signposting when appointments are unavailable.
