Editable or an amendable red flag questions

We have had a few patients slip past the red flag questions and submit a PATCHS request for chest pain. The wording of 'Crushing Chest Pain' seems a little too specific and open to too much interpretation and allowed patients who wouldn't necessarily describe their severe pain as 'crushing' but instead as sharp, constricting, or simply severe.
