Show online/offline statuses of staff users when making assignments, choosing inboxes etc

As a Patchs staff user
When I am assigning a request to an inbox, assigning a task to an inbox etc
Then I would like to see which of those users (for personal inboxes) are currently online or offline
To allow me to assign requests to individuals who are able to respond quickly.
