Shared Group Inboxes: Multi role.

As a multidisciplinary team all working together, the ability to set up shared inboxes across multiple roles would be a real boon to PATCHS. E.g. GP's and Advanced Practitioners having access to a shared inbox. Currently, shared inboxes are limited to one role only. With the way our teams work together, this is very limiting.
