Bulk Message Fields

Currently you need multiple fields to on your CSV file to send bulk messages, whilst MJOG requires just the NHS number & picks up rest of the fields from S1. Also, in S1 if a patient has a landline as a preferred number, Patchs cannot see the mobile number as only picking up preferred number.
