Saving template questionnaire replies into clinical system

I send questionnaires and the replies are stored in patchs and not viewable in EMIS to other clinicians who may take over my patient's care. Please create the option to save replies eg to ASRS ADHD assessment, IPSS answers or Autism AQ10 into the clinical system. Perhaps it should be linked to codes on templates
