Direct Read Coding SNOMED Codes From Message Templates

It has been advised that Read/SNOMED Codes being used on Message Templates are not being added directly to care records once sent. An additional step of saving the request within PACTHS is required for each individual patient for this to work. We are needing the read codes to be saved to the records as soon as the Message Templates are sent.
