    Hi, this can already be done by changing the staff member's 'Patient Facing Name' in Patchs. If you click your name in the top right of the screen and go to 'Patient Facing Name' you can change what patients will see. This can be for example 'Reception' for a receptionist. If this doesn't solve your issue please let us know.
