We started to use the online services on patchs. However we have concerns. When the patient is requesting access within the patchs application, the information states they can book appointments online. This is something that we do plan to do for specific clinics. However. We believe it gives the wrong message. Although this maybe the case for some surgeries, it will not be the case for others. We would suggest that this should be taken into account and reworded in order not to cause patients any false expectations. Thank you. We also feel that this is something that should be looked into. We are working on giving patients a positive message about using patchs and do not want to cause any reason for this to be questioned. Thank you
