Reword patient confirmation of DOB to read a message

The practice has given feedback that many of their patients have been very concerned by the request to confirm their Date of Birth before reading a message from the practice. As these are unexpected messages to patients that do not have a Patchs account, many patients have assumed a sudden request to type in their Date of Birth is a scam and deleted / reported it.

The practice wonders if there is any rewording that can be made to this DOB confirmation screen to assure patients this is a genuine message
