Separate patient list for patients with "unknown" registration status

As a PATCHS staff user

On the patient list page

I would like to see a tab for a separate patient list

That only shows patients with an "unknown" registration status, i.e. those that have not been successfully matched to the clinical system and whose registration status has not been manually checked

To better enable me to manually check the registration status of those that need it
