Welcome messages + demand management changes pre-planned Merged

It would be helpful to set up calendar for the welcome message and demand setting to be able to be changed for specific dates. For example we have training on third Wednesday of the month and so the surgery is closed in the afternoon. Currently we have created a word document with the different open and closed messages and have to remember to change the demand management times manually for that week. If we could set a calendar date, and have alternate setting saved to switch over this would help save time and avoid forgetting to switch it to a training day service and back again.
