can patchs AI identify if someone is requesting a home visit? Merged

if someone completing a request is asking for a home visit, we would like to be able to triage these requests ASAP as if a visit is required we need to know as early in the day as possible for workforce planning. if this could then highlight with a different coloured flag for example and go to the top of the inbox (after emergency)
